く	くぼのゆうすけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神楽坂にあるカリーナカリーナ！普段はイタリアンの美味しいお店として知られていますが、コロナ禍となり、テイクアウトが恐ろしいほど、かなり充実しているんですよ。この日は、赤のワインボトル一本と〜ハンバーグ、ポテサラ、鶏肉とニンニクの炒めたやつをテイクアウトして会計が2000円を越えたのだが、実は2000円を越えるともう一品というサービスがあるため、帳尻合わせつつも、もう一品は絶品そうなカルボナーラを選択するわけよ。そして、歩いて友達の家で夕方からホームパーティーです。歩いたので運動モチベーションは高まっており、10月からは、、さらなる修行の身になるわけだが、しかしながら、それまでは…最後の悪あがき？というふざけたスタンスのワタクシ。。さて、なぜだかこの日は…。絶対音感のある先生の、、ピアノ演奏でベートーベンの悲壮、月光のほか、瀧廉太郎、モーツァルト、ドビュッシーなどを聞きながらの赤ワインにイタリアンを食べているワタクシ、、どれも美味しかったのですが、、、自宅に戻り体重を計測すると過去最高を更新してしまった…そりゃ、毎度のこと、貴乃花と言われるわけですね…ということでワタクシは週末よりダイエット計画を遂行するつもりです。はあ、マジで痩せなくては…だが、まだ9月なのであります…（笑）と決意表明w Carina Carina in Kagurazaka! I'm sorry I didn't check it, but I was disappointed because I had never thought about the possibility of sandwiching bread in lasagna. It was 1000 yen for 3 items of about 8 cm 5 x 8 cm x 5 cm, but I don't think it is good for cost performance. It's a shame that the taste of the parts other than the bread wasn't bad.
