★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立地も内装も良いんですが店員さん(東さん？という女性)が全くプロフェッショナルでなかったです。何聞いても「確認します」で裏で10分くらい聞いて帰ってくる感じ。後の対応(結局口約束の内容が出来なかったって事の様子)も電話もメールも適当。
24万円のトレンチコート買って寧ろ不愉快になりました。まだ確定してないんで星は３つにします。

もう一個思い出したので書きます。海外で買ったバーバリーの香水を日本で買おうとしたんですが、「もう販売は終わりました」と説明を受けました。仕方なく他のブランドの香水買ったんですがネットで調べたら売ってました。結局妻に海外でバーバリーの香水買って貰いました。
元々三陽商会で働いてた人がやってるから海外のバーバリーがどうなってるか分かんないとか？にしてももう三陽商会はバーバリーに切られたんでちゃんと把握してないと駄目ですよね！？ここも不満でした。

I bought a trench coat for 240,000 yen and it became unpleasant. I haven't decided yet, so I'll have three stars.

I remembered one more so I will write it. I tried to buy Burberry perfume that I bought overseas in Japan, but I was told that it was no longer sold. I had no choice but to buy perfumes from other brands, but when I looked them up online, they sold them. After all, my wife bought Burberry perfume overseas.
Do you not know what is going on with Burberry overseas because the person who originally worked at Sanyo Shokai is doing it? Even so, Sanyo Shokai has already been cut by Burberry, so you have to understand it properly! ?? I was also dissatisfied here.

素敵な商品が並びます。
子連れで来店しましたが、子供が喉が渇いてる様子で、その会話を聞いていた店員さんが「お飲み物をご用意しましょうか？」と言って下さり、お水とジュースを頂きました。
今回は買い物しなかったものの、出口までお見送りして下さり、次は必ず買い物しに行こうという気持ちになりました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 父の日のプレゼントを買おうと、ふらっと入店。入店時にその旨をお伝えしたので、スムーズに地下フロアへ案内していただき、さっくり買い物。こちらが言わなくても察してくれたので、プレゼント用に用意してくださいました。待っている間はミネラルウォーターを頂きながら、ほとんど誰もいないフロアでぼんやり。場所柄、仰々しい感もありますが、買いたいものがはっきりしていると、買う方も売る方もお互い気持ち良い気がします。接客はスマートでとても良かったです。

It’s hard to find a multi-functional coat for cool weather, that’s waterproof, and good for in-between seasons. But I was able to find the perfect one. The SA that assisted me, Tatsuya, was also very kind and patient. I didn’t know my size and wanted to see many things from their website/new collection. And the SA pulled everything I wanted to see and even helped me with locating a specific item at another location in Tokyo. 5/5 customer service ?????
