I waited for 1 hour past my appointment..... if a patient booked at the certain time, they should not be treated like walk-in and waste more than 1 hour time waiting to see the doctor. No apologies from the nurse. I’ll never come back, and will go to another clinic.
A	A Ya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience in this medical clinic, I had a checkup and I was diagnosed with a serious illness, I was devastated, panicked, I cried a lot ... I went to the doctor who specialized in this disease and redid all the exams. NEGATIVE RESULT. I went to a third doctor to retake the exams. NEGATIVE RESULT. I returned to the Tomoko Ladies clinic to seek my rights and the doctor's assistant was arrogant saying that she was right and that I would not make up for all the expenses I had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. They had no idea how I felt and how much I spent making lost of exams. I been there today they treated me very rude, for sure I’ll look for my right.
A	Aaron McKisic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got me in within 2hrs of calling with no wait, took NHI, and the Japanese doctor spoke perfect English and was super friendly. Within the 30min appt they did 3 different tests all in the same space and were very efficient and helpful. I also left with a prescription for Chinese medicine to help balance my hormones which is exactly what I was hoping for. However they offer other approaches. Highly recommend!! Copays as well for all the testing was very affordable!

I have been to many other doctors before and they felt very cold and nonsympathetic. Best place for foreigners to get the pill. They will ship it to you so you don't have to go to their clinic each time to refill.

It's rare for me to feel Japanese clinics care about foreigners' well-being like me so I was really surprised with how they treated me. When I arrived, the doctor was so kind and check everything quickly because there are already other women booked that day. I now found, the only clinic I can trust.

During treatment I was surprised that they would continuously apply injections without checking my ovaries first. The doctor therefore did not catch that I was overreacting to the treatment. Due to their negligence I developed severe OHSS, lost the pregnancy and needed to have an emergency surgery to save my ovaries.
