About 5 minutes walk from Meieki station. There is a separate parking lot, and you will have to wait 5 to 10 minutes from reception to boarding. Be patient because it is cheap.

プッシュスタートも未装備
確かに安いけど、設備が整ってないなら選ばなかった
スタッフも適当な説明で理解してない風でした
不便を被られるのでここではもう借りません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの店舗より反対側の駅前の店舗の方が比較的新しいのと、たまにハイブリッドに当たるので絶対にここの店舗より駅前のが絶対にオススメ

今回の受付男性は良かったが、他の店員の対応がイラつく事が多い。
サービス業の基本は、明るく、元気よくてはないのでしょうか！？

車自体は新しかったですが、今どきUSBポートやバックモニターが付いていませんでした。
（ワイパーやタイヤは劣化しており、異音がしました）
また、ダッシュボードには以前の利用者のものと思われるゴミ（うなぎパイ）が入っており、まともに清掃はしていません。
メンテナンスもまともにされていなかったため、近場の１日利用なら問題ありませんが、泊まりでの利用なら2度と借りたくはありません。
安かろう、悪かろうの典型例です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で半日借りました。対応していただいた2人のスタッフさんは大変丁寧かつスムーズな対応をいただきました。車も綺麗でした。また、私が乗り遅れた新幹線の特急券についてお聞きしたら、鉄道会社に確認までしてくださいました。
余談ですが浜松駅周辺は想像以上に都会で、路駐も多く都内のようだったので、運転に不慣れな方は保険等しっかり入られて借りるのがベターだと思いました。
I borrowed it for half a day at work. The two staff members who responded were very polite and smooth. The car was also beautiful. Also, when I asked about the Shinkansen limited express ticket that I missed, I even asked the railway company to confirm it.
As an aside, the area around Hamamatsu Station was more urban than I had imagined, and there were many roadsides, so it seemed like it was in Tokyo, so I thought it would be better for those who are not accustomed to driving to get insurance and rent it.
