C	Cabbage Brother on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内狭いので時間によってはかなり待つのかな？永福町駅からは徒歩10分ちょいかな。日曜日13時で10分待ちでした。美味しい綺麗な鰹スープ。味玉はカタメの茹で加減でしっかり味のついた美味しいやつでした。 The inside of the store is small, so I wonder if I will wait a long time depending on the time. o	oyabun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この日は杉並区でサクッと晩飯。気になってたラーメン屋に訪問しました。お店の名前はボニートスープヌードルライク先日訪問した草むらの近くにありました。つけ麺と迷いながら今回は特製鰹醤油らぁめんを注文。店内はカウンターのみで6席かな。男性一名で営業されてました。提供されたラーメンを見ると具沢山でいい感じのビジュアルです。スープは結構黒い色合いです。一口飲んでみると思ったよりも優しい味わいで、鰹の風味も良くてごくごく飲めます。私はもうちょい濃くてもいいかも。麺は細麺ストレートでツルツルと啜りやすい。この麺はスープによくあっていたと思います。具材は3種類のチャーシューがそれぞれ美味い。この中で私は鶏チャーシューがしっとりとして美味かった。瞬殺で食べ終わりました。いろいろ限定などもされてるようだし、タイミングが合えばまた訪問したいです。 We had a quick dinner in Suginami Ward on that day. The noodles were also special and it seems that they either make them themselves or just use a high-quality supplier. For all these reasons price is slightly above average (1100 yen for the special). Expect some waiting time as this is a 5 seats place.
