There is an annex that is separated from the main building by the river, and the food is delicious and it is a very quiet long-established inn. In particular, the open-air bath in the annex was very tasteful as an outdoor hot spring that flows directly from the source. Right in front of you is Kitamuki Kannon, where you can feel the history of Matsutaro Kawaguchi, who once stayed at this inn and wrote "Aizen Katsura".

I stayed on New Year's Day from New Year's Eve. As the catchphrase of "Kannon-sama Neighboring Inn", the pure Japanese style of construction and hospitality made me feel very rich. Since I stayed in a room facing the site of Kitamuki Kannon, I could see the roof of the bell tower and could hear the joya no kane well. If you wish, you can also play the joya no kane. We cannot accommodate children under elementary school age, so you can spend a quiet adult time. I feel like I want to taste it next year as well.

Long-established inn The interior is retro and calm, there are many baths, and only about 15 groups are staying a day. Quiet and very slow The scent of a sulfur spring. The meal is an elegant course meal, and the quantity and number of items are so large that you can be satisfied. There is Kitamuki Kannon next to it, and I think it's good for the year-end and New Year holidays.

It was very quiet, spacious and I was able to spend a relaxing time. Are you all staying in the annex? I feel like I'm chartered without ever meeting other guests in the main building. However, it may be because it was a very cold day, but it is impossible to heat the whole room with one air conditioner. There is no kotatsu, and the clothes I wore and the clothes I wore, Chanchanko? It's cold even if I wear it. So, every time I thought I couldn't stand it anymore, I took a bath. The bath with a room is outside, so the hot water is lukewarm, but it is a hot spring. Even if you go out, the warmth will continue for a while, so you can feel the effects of the hot springs. The food was delicious. Polite customer service is also a good feeling. Because I have a chronic illness, I have to choose Western food over Japanese food, so I chose Western food for breakfast. As a hot spring inn, I didn't expect Western food, but it's very delicious and the amount is large, so I'm happy to scream (laughs). It's along the back approach to the neighboring Kitamuki Kannon Temple, so I asked him to take out his shoes when he went out in the morning, but I was disappointed when he took out the dirty shoes that I walked on the snowy road the day before. My husband thought the same way. If I could put on my shoes to the room, I could have wiped them ... There is only a yukata in front of the reception desk in the main building, there is no explanation, there are no shops and no people, so I wonder if there is not enough manpower? I had you send it according to the train on the way back, but I was grateful that you had a ticket prepared in advance at that time.
