★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日帰り入浴を何度かしましたが、もう行きたくないなと思った理由は支払おうとしたお金を電話をしながら片手で受け取った接客をするスタッフがいるからですね。
ありがとう、ごゆっくりも何度行っても言われません。
失礼にも程がある。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬季で露天風呂が入れませんでした。残念です。フロントの接客が悪く、通路が寒かったです。お風呂はシャワーヘッドが半分壊れてます。快適な設備ではありません。しかし、お湯はとても良く、身体がポカポカになりました。
The open-air bath did not enter in winter. I'm sorry. The reception at the front desk was bad and the aisle was cold. The shower head is half broken in the bath. It is not a comfortable facility. However, the hot water was very good and my body became warm.

安曇野ではおすすめの宿です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもきれいに掃除されており、支配人はじめスタッフさんはとても好感度が高く、おすすめの旅館です。
グーグルの口コミがあまり良くなかったので、どんなものかと思って行きましたら、とても良い旅館で驚きです。リニューアルした際、スタッフも新しくなったのでしょうか？
また行きます、頑張って下さい！

温泉がもう少し熱ければと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェックインの接客の時に『お好きな所でお掛けしてお待ち下さい』と言われ荷物もあって移動するのが面倒臭かったのでカウンターの前に座ったら『他のお客様もこれからいらっしゃるのでこちら以外にお掛け下さい』と移動させられた.
言葉遣いは丁寧だけど、それって邪魔扱いですよね？
だったらソファの所まで案内してくれて、
こちらでお待ち下さいと言ってくれれば良かったのに、、と最初が残念。
あと朝6じにならないとお風呂に入れないのも残念。
コロナ対策はきちんとしてましたよ。食事は個室で温かい物は温かいうちにと気を使ってるのもわかりました。最初が残念だったのとお風呂の時間で☆3つにしました。

お風呂の脱衣場の暖房が朝晩とも入っていませんでした。お客さんが少なく節約ですか？って感じでしたね。ヒートショック等考えると この季節には大事なことですよね。
