m	mamu tate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母親の慰労で、6月の週末に宿泊しました。エレベーターに一緒に乗らない、食事会場では他の方と大きく席を離すなど、様々な感染防止対策を意識され、安心して泊まれました。本館は決して新しい訳ではありませんが、綺麗に清掃されており全く問題なし。フロント・ロビーはとてもオシャレに改装されています。料理はよくある「食べきれない！」となることなくちょうど良い一方、一品一品丁寧に作られ、とても美味しかったです。北信名物の根曲がり竹と鯖のお味噌汁には、北信出身の母親が感動していました。私も子供の頃の味が思い出され嬉しかったです。お風呂も露天風呂が気持ち良かった。そして何より、スタッフの皆さんが頑張っておもてなししようという心意気が伝わってきて、とても良い思い出になりました。色々大変な時期ですが、応援したくなるお宿です。北向観音や、安楽寺の国宝八角三重塔、外湯など徒歩圏内で素敵なスポットも多数です。 I stayed on the weekend of June with the help of my mother. m	misa ogawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 典型的な温泉旅館でしたが、スタッフの接客や心配りが程よく心地よかった。ただ、ロビーにあるコーヒーや紅茶を自由に利用しても良い、と言う声掛けが無かったのと、クリームソーダを頂いたのですが、種類を選べず残念でした。食事は地産地消の食材を使ってとても工夫されており、素材の味を活かしたお料理は満足でした。温泉もさすが日本最古の温泉だけあって満足でした。脱衣場にカゴが無く、部屋の鍵等を入れるロッカーがなかったのが残念でした。無料のFree-WiFiがロビーのみしか利用出来なかったので、館内全てで利用できると嬉しいです。次回もまた利用してみたい旅館でした。お世話になりました。 It was a typical hot spring inn, but the staff's customer service and worries were moderately comfortable. Y	Yukichi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼き松茸をいただきにお伺いしました。離れに宿泊しましたが、ハード面に少々難あり（客室までの階段が多い）。足の悪い方やご年配の方は別の部屋の方がいいかもしれません。客室は素朴な感じでお庭を眺めながらゆったりできます。部屋風呂にはかけ流しの温泉が引かれているので気軽に何回も温泉を堪能できました。そのまま入るのには熱かったので水を足しましたが、冬はちょうどよい湯加減で入れそうです。楽しみにしていた食事は期待を裏切ることなくとてもおいしかったです。焼き松茸の質もよく、香りとうまみを楽しみながら食事ができました。他の旅館さんでは「おいしいけど味が濃すぎるな…」と思うこともそれなりにあるのですが、こちらの旅館は味付けがとても口に合いました。食事処のスタッフの方の接客はどなたも丁寧で穏やか、気配りも適切にされていてとても気持ちがよかったです。質問にも丁寧に返答してくださいました。建物の古さは否めませんが素敵な魅力がたくさんの旅館さん、またお伺いしたいと思います。 I visited you for grilled matsutake mushrooms.
