トレーニング内容もしっかりしていますが、一人ひとりに合ったボディメイクを的確にして貰えているのでとても満足しています。
ストレッチをしっかりしている所も他の店舗ではないポイントだと思います。
ジム内は清潔感があり、きちんと管理されている印象なので女性の方にもとてもお勧め出来ます！

The training content is solid, but I am very satisfied because I have received accurate body makeup that suits each person.
I think that the place where the stretch is solid is also a point that is not in other stores.
The inside of the gym is clean and well-managed, so I highly recommend it to women!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最高なパーソナルジムです！週2回のペースで2ヶ月通わせて頂きましたが実際に体の変化を実感しております。要望に合わせてメニューを考えて下さり優しくも厳しく接してくれるスタッフの方々には感謝しかありません。単にウェイトトレーニングだけでなくストレッチ等も加えて頂き、設備も充実していて毎回とても有意義な時間を過ごす事が出来ています。個人的にはトレーナーのS氏がオススメです！
The best personal gym! I went there twice a week for 2 months, but I actually feel the change in my body. I am only grateful to the staff who think about the menu according to their needs and treat me kindly and rigorously. Not only weight training but also stretching etc. are added, and the equipment is fully equipped, so I can spend a very meaningful time every time. Personally, I recommend Mr. S, a trainer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近場でパーソナルジムを探しており、いくつか体験する中でこちらも利用させていただき、その場で入会することにしました。トレーナーさんは親しみやすくも程よい距離感で、整体等も組み合わせながら心地よく追い込んでくれます。良心的な価格設定でありながら設備は充実しており、スペースも広くて明るく、ウェアやドリンクも込みなので、よそと比べて非常に通いやすいと思います。
I'm looking for a personal gym nearby, and after some experience, I decided to use this as well and join on the spot. The trainer is friendly and has a good sense of distance, and he will drive you comfortably while combining manipulative treatment. Although the price is reasonable, the facilities are fully equipped, the space is large and bright, and the clothes and drinks are included, so I think it is very easy to go to compared to other places.

優しいジムですが、しっかり負荷はかかっており筋肉が嬉しい悲鳴を上げてました。即日入会しました。
