★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy for Japanese or English. Spacious by Tokyo standards. Many weights and machines to international standards. Not as chic and fashionable as, say, the azabujuban location, but larger and more workout stations and can workout in low-key clothes and fit in. Can workout in street shoes.
