22時30分位にお店到着。
お店の前には、帽子屋BARの看板。
もぅ、入りにくいこと、止ん事無し。
でも、入っちゃうよ。
では、入店。
店内には、いろんなコッポラがたくさん。
ふふふ。
オシャレすぎる。
奥に進むと、ダンディーなマスターがお出迎え。
では、グラスの泡でかんぱーい。

柑橘とナッティなニュアンス。
このスプマンテ、相当に美味しいよ。
・アマーロ モンテネグロ
スプマンテの後は、食後酒を。
甘苦い味わいのアマーロ モンテネグロ。
甘草のニュアンスとカラメルのような香ばしさ。
食後酒を呑んでる時は、至福の時間。
・燻製ナッツとドライフルーツ
チャームとして、出てきました。
ドライフルーツの自然な甘さがスプマンテにも、アマーロにもよく合うよ。
