え	えびえび on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ぐるなびからアニバーサリーのコースの予約で電話しましたが、電話口の男性が凄くだるそうに喋っていて不安になりこちらの口コミを拝見した所、店員さんの接客がなってないという内容の口コミが多数見受けられましたので即キャンセルしました。あんな態度で電話に出られたのは初めてです。電話口はお店の顔でもあるのに、やる気のなさが凄く感じられました。お時間はー。メッセージはどうされますかー。など語尾を伸ばし淡々と喋られていたので今一度態度を改めた方が良いかと思います。電話を切る際の失礼致します。等も無くて驚きました。私が「よろしく願いします。失礼します。」と言っても無言が続いたのでそのまま切りました。口コミを見ずに来店していたら恐らく一部の店員さんの態度にイライラして楽しめなかったと思います。皆様の口コミのおかげで回避する事ができました。ありがとうございます。 I called from Gurunavi to reserve an anniversary course, but the man on the phone was talking so terribly that I was worried, and when I saw this review, there was a word of mouth that the clerk was not serving customers. k	k t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友達の誕生日サプライズで利用しました。予約の時にバースデープレート付きで普通のコースよりだいぶ高めのコースを予約しました。バースデープレートは小さめのホールケーキが乗っていて豪華でしたが食後に伝票を確認したところホールケーキの追加料金がかかっていました。予約の時にホールケーキを追加するか選択することもなかったのに勝手に追加料金を取られて驚きました。また若い女性の店員さんの態度も無愛想で残念でした。料理の味は普通でした。景色は良かったです。店内の設備は少し古い感じがしました。 I used it for my friend's birthday surprise. 下	下司純子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阪急32番街の 27階にある空中店舗で、殆どの席が窓に面していてとても見晴らしが良く夜景も抜群で解放感があります。今回はディナーで5000円程度のコース料理をいただきました。前菜から最後のお茶まで６品でしたが、どれも全て美味しかったです。量も女性にはちょうどです。高級なイタリアンって感じかな。ちょっとリッチな食事をしたい時にピッタリかも。店のスタッフもソフトでとても良かったです。ゴーツーイートを利用したのでポイントも貯まりました。 It is an aerial store on the 27th floor of Hankyu 32nd Avenue, and most of the seats face the windows, so the view is very good and the night view is outstanding and there is a feeling of liberation.
