Y	Ya Yayaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理は美味しいと思いました。料理のみは3。ホール接客は3.5ですが衛生管理が壊滅してます。まず料理人、私が滞在中にマスクを何十回も上げたり下げたりしてます。もちろん手洗いしてる様子ナシ。ずっと顎マスクで首周り汗拭いてんのか痒くてかいてるのかわかりませんが何度も触ってる。もちろん手洗いなし、食材に触る。塩などの調味料を触った後や、パスタの茹で具合を試食した後の手を服で拭く。料理店としてなかなかツッコミどころ満載です。また調理中のフォークや菜箸はめちゃくちゃ汚いトレーか、フライパン置いてある棚に直置き。調理台や鍋は恐ろしいぐらい汚いです。クリンリネス管理はゼロに等しいです。なんしカウンターから見えてるもの全て汚い。まじで食欲なくします。値段も決して安くはないのにリピーターにはなろうと思いませんね。 2度と行きませんし友達にも勧めたりしません。なので総評は1。本当は1すら付けたくないです。。そういう衛生管理が杜撰な店でも良いって人は行けば良いと思います。 2021/08/03 オーナーという人物から返信ありましたがオーナーが管理しきれてないものを誰が改善するのか謎です。店長？いるか知りませんが居てこれ。居なくてこれ。どっちにしても終わってる。カウンター座る方料理人の行動見てた方がいい。マジであり得ない行動するので。使いまわしたスプーンや調理器具で、調理した料理を食べたいなら行けば良い。 I thought the food was delicious.
