細かい事言う方には向かないお店だと思います。 綺麗なお店ではありませんが、話好きなおかみさんの人柄と付け合わせの多さに食べる前から満足してしまいました。 焼肉定食950円!味付けが大分塩辛いものの、お美味しくお腹一杯になりました。
I think that it is not suitable for people who say small things. It's not a pretty restaurant, but I was satisfied with the personality and the many side dishes of the mom who likes talking. Yakiniku set meal 950 yen! Although the seasoning was salty, it was delicious and full.

屋根の店名のペンキが剥げてて、わかりづらいですが、のれんと道端のノボリ旗を見て入りました。店の前は5台くらいで、道の向いにバス停「梓川」があり、その横にも広場があり駐車できました。 お昼にラーメンと肉入り野菜炒めを頼みました。あっさりした味ですがとても旨いスープでした。先に山菜の小皿が二つも出てきて驚きましたが、どうやらこの店の流儀のようです。旬の山菜タラの芽のてんぷらとこごみの胡麻つゆ浸し、これだけでも来た甲斐があった。笑 写真はどれも箸をつけた後であわてて撮ったので、量が減ってます。(すみません)また行きたいです。

エコー食堂初来店。 入るなり「いやぁゆぎ降ったない~」とフレンドリーな母ちゃんが声かけてきます。「何くぅ?」と言われ「さめがら味噌ラーメンにすっぺ」と注文。常連客に「どっから来たなや」だの「なんだ米沢が」だの昔の米沢ラーメンはスープ濁ってだっただの今のラーメンは米沢ラーメンじゃねぇだの言われあいしょらってると味噌ラーメン着丼。かなりニンニク!って感じの味噌ラーメン。例えるなら、とん汁にキャベツとニンニクをたっぷり入れたラーメンかな。麺は細縮れの米沢ラーメンってヤツ。キノコまで入ってるししかも美味い。小鉢3つはワラビ煮、大根なます、漬け物とどれも美味い。昭和な内装で雑然としてるが人情がウリのお店でした。 再訪 先客が一人でオバチャンが居ない? 「出前さ行ったながしたぁ?」 「んだんだ」と話してるうちに オバチャン登場。 「いやぁあったけぇない~」 「ぐっぐどゆぎとげっぺ」 「んだんだ」とたわいもない話して 焼肉定食を注文。 牛肉切り落としを塩で味付けした シンプルな焼肉が200g 位。 かあちゃんの料理ですね。 ウド煮と漬物と甘酢漬けと黒豆が美味い。
