松	松山貴史（まっつぁん） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エコー食堂初来店。入るなり｢いやぁゆぎ降ったない~｣とフレンドリーな母ちゃんが声かけてきます。｢何くぅ？｣と言われ｢さめがら味噌ラーメンにすっぺ｣と注文。常連客に｢どっから来たなや｣だの｢なんだ米沢が｣だの昔の米沢ラーメンはスープ濁ってだっただの今のラーメンは米沢ラーメンじゃねぇだの言われあいしょらってると味噌ラーメン着丼。かなりニンニク！って感じの味噌ラーメン。例えるなら､とん汁にキャベツとニンニクをたっぷり入れたラーメンかな。麺は細縮れの米沢ラーメンってヤツ。キノコまで入ってるししかも美味い。小鉢３つはワラビ煮､大根なます､漬け物とどれも美味い。昭和な内装で雑然としてるが人情がウリのお店でした｡再訪　先客が一人でオバチャンが居ない？｢出前さ行ったながしたぁ？｣｢んだんだ｣と話してるうちにオバチャン登場。｢いやぁあったけぇない~｣｢ぐっぐどゆぎとげっぺ｣｢んだんだ｣とたわいもない話して焼肉定食を注文。牛肉切り落としを塩で味付けしたシンプルな焼肉が200g 位｡かあちゃんの料理ですね。ウド煮と漬物と甘酢漬けと黒豆が美味い。 First visit to Echo Shokudo.
