N	Noritada Nishio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚の出汁たっぷりで塩味がしっかり効いた旨いラーメンです。ただスープがぬるい日がたまにあって、その時は美味しくない･･･。----------------2018年10月｢創業価格まつり｣とのことで平日の22時頃訪問。到着すれば4名ほどの並びも、待つこと10分くらいで店内にイン。ネギ焼豚ラーメン(通常1040円→創業価格750円)を注文。豚ガラを炊き出したあっさり醤油スープが歯ごたえある平打ち縮れ麺とよく絡んで安定の旨さ。バラ肉チャーシューは脂と肉の旨みがじわっと感じられていくら食べても飽きない仕上がり。が、20枚ほどあって相当にボリューミー。ネギは辛く、アリシン臭ありてよいアクセント。腹パンにて完食した次第。 It is a delicious ramen with plenty of pork broth and a strong salty taste.
