★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 写真は越後姫とオレンジです。オレンジはさっぱりとした甘さで、フワッと柑橘系の香りが心地よいです。越後姫も滑らかなジェラートの中にイチゴのつぶつぶ感を楽しめます。ペロリと食べられるので、朱鷺メッセや日航ホテルに足を運んだ時にオススメです。
The picture is Princess Echigo and orange. Orange has a light sweetness and a pleasant fluffy citrus scent. Princess Echigo can also enjoy the crushing feeling of strawberries in a smooth gelato. You can eat it with celery, so it is recommended when you visit Toki Messe or Nikko Hotel.

シングル350円ダブル450円で、写真は越後姫とブルーベリーのダブル。
店内と店前に椅子がありますが、数名しか座れません。
店内ではハチミツやクッキー、ブラウニーといったお菓子なども売られていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 季節感のあるフレイヴァがあってよろし。新潟日航ホテルのジェラテリアだそうですが近所の食堂よりもいいかげん。
おおらかでほのぼのとしているだけ、だろうか…。
開店時間に行っても開いてません。これで2回目。そんなお店は中々ありません。
10時02分、ちゃんとOPEN後に行って
“10時オープンなのでお待ち下さい”
はないでしょう…。
店内照明すら消えたまま。ジェラートも並んでいない。店内に入れるだけ。
準備が出来ても“お待たせしました”の一言もなし。
“御注文どうぞ”とだけ宣う始末。
紙ナプキンさえもよこさないこの迷店。県外観光客が多く訪れる朱鷺メッセにあるお店だけに新潟県のサービス業におけるホスピタリティはこんなものか、と呆れられていないか心配です。
日航ホテルの接客が素晴らしいだけに残念。

This labyrinth that doesn't even feed paper napkins. I am worried that the hospitality in Niigata Prefecture's service industry is just like the store in Toki Messe, where many tourists from outside the prefecture visit.
Unfortunately, the customer service at Nikko Hotel is wonderful.
