★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two real estate agents, (Paku and Manami), assisted me and helped me find a place that was great for me! They both could speak English and helped me find apartments that fit my desires. They were easy to communicate with and gave me their Line to talk to if I have any questions! Also, they specialize in the Meguro area, but can find apartments from anywhere in Tokyo! I ended up picking one that was in Taito-ku that they introduced me to!

I worked with Manami-san and Paku-san and they were so helpful, responsive and made the process very smooth. And all was done through English. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to first and foremost thank Ayui-san and Manami-san for having searched through so many apartments and finding me a lovely apartment around Suginami - something incredibly hard to find inasmuch as I am a student and foreigner on top with a certain budget. I can’t recommend them enough and must say that they are by far the most professional and loveliest real estate agency you can find in Tokyo - as a foreigner and national alike. Thank you very much!

This wasn’t the first time I tried searching for an apartment here but I was my first time with Balleggs. I was really happy with the service they provided me throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the help they gave me and I would recommend them to anyone struggling to find somewhere to live. Paku and Manami really helped me out especially would also recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are nice and friendly. Paku-san was the one assigned to me and she's very professional while still easy and fun to talk to. If the property you want to visit is close enough, they can drive you there so you don't have to walk too far. The process from finding a property to contract signing was very smooth too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in Japan for a little over 5 years and have moved three times. Of all the real estate agencies I’ve encountered, Balleggs has by far been the most positive experience. And we were able to find the perfect apartment!
Additional strong points include: most staff are bilingual; very polite & knowledgeable; and are very proactive about finding the right apartment based on your requirements.
If I end up moving again in Tokyo, Balleggs will be the first agency I go to for support.
