★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前の入居者さんの物が置いてあったり(個人情報まるわかりの書類等)、ポストの暗証番号教えてもらってなかったり、いきなり家賃が1万上がっていて問い合わせをしたら、「オリコさんのお伝えした通りです」(オリコさんは1万円の詳細は分からないのでバレッグスさんに聞いてみてくださいとの返事でした。)と...いろいろ対応に不信感を抱きます。

横の連携も弱いため、何回も同じような話をこちらからしなければならないことがありました。

当日に内見断られたました。
何日も前から予定空けてたのに酷くないですか！？
こちらでお願いするのは不安になり次の提案もお断りさせていただきました。
今まで時間どおりにこない不動産屋さんが一番嫌でしたが今回の方がありえません。
管理会社の責任もあるんだろうけどわざわざ時間さいてたことにもっと気を使っていただきたかったです。
同じような人が出ないように信じたい！

問い合わせしたら「確認します」と2週間放置、
2度目こちらから確認したら「確認します」と数日放置。
引っ越し業者が破損させた修繕費の
請求に関してはすぐ電話かけてくるのに
期限内に入金すれば1週間後に
「入金の確認が取れない」と返答がきます。
一体何を管理されてるんですかね。。
やり取りに辟易しました。

Which made no sense because not only do I speak Japanese, but they have English speaking staff. They act like they are super swamped and too busy to bother. Took my business elsewhere.
