I picked out a few places I liked from their site and they suggested other places based on my preferences. They took me to visit the places and in the end I found one I liked.
They walked me through the Japanese paperwork in English and were very patient throughout the process. I can recommend their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service from Manami-san and Ayui-san. Cannot praise enough how wonderful they have been to look up properties and check a lot of administrative work. Excellent English as well so perfect for foreigners.
Agency is also fully equipped against Corona virus and offer online visits. Again, fully recommend Manami-san and Ayui-san. Definitely would contact again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very nice and helpful! They gave me many options and even let me check some of them in person from the very first day that I showed up at their agency. Also, they work well with foreign people: not only they can speak English, but also, they try to explain in "easy" Japanese if they see that you can speak a bit their language. As I foreigner, I appreciate that better than being talked in English directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional service. Told me I didn't need to prepare anything for my application and I ended up failing a background check due to my Japanese level, despite being told that was not a requirement. Missed my move out deadline.
Database out of date. All apartments they listed were already taken.
They missed every date on my application timeline and blamed it on days off or not being able to communicate with the maintenance company.
Not geared toward non Japanese. You'll likely find yourself rejected by a Japanese landlord simply for being a different race.
Most of all: failed to communicate with me throughout the entire process. I found myself waiting multiple days for a simple update on my application.
Staff was kind when speaking to me however their non-interest in my business + moving deadlines showed me otherwise. I can't recommend this agency to anyone, and recommend any foreign residents to use a company geared toward them specifically, as sad as that is.
EDIT: I was *not* told I would need to speak Japanese by the real estate agents, despite the response to my Google review.
However, I'm happy to say that after using a different real estate agency, I am moving into the *exact* apartment I was rejected by while using balleggs. It seems due diligence was not taken during my application.
