部屋を早く決めさせようとしているのかこちらの要望をきちんと聞いて頂けなかったです。
他の方の口コミが良かったので選びましたが
フランチャイズのお店なので、説明も接客も普通でした。
よく見ると、他の口コミが自体5ばかりなので自作なのではと疑ってしまいます。
結局、他のお店で決めました。
お部屋の説明などは、普通でしたので悪いとは思いませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上京の際、お部屋探しでお世話になりました。予約なしの突然の来店でしたが、店長の根岸さんが丁寧に対応してくださいました。厳しい条件でしたがその物件のメリット、デメリットを細かく教えてくださりできるだけ希望に近い物件を探していただきました。担当してくださった神尾さんも落ち着いた対応で契約などに関して丁寧に教えてくださいました。1日での物件探しでしたが、物件も決まり、笑顔で退店することができました！店内の雰囲気もよく、全員が顧客に寄り添って対応してくださる店舗だと感じました。本当にありがとうございました！

ネットで探した物件に紐付いて、土曜日に娘が一人で訪店しましたところ、井門さんと根岸さんがご対応下さり、いくつか候補の物件を早速、内見させて下さいました。
翌日母（私）が、娘が第一希望に絞り込んだものの何点か不安のあった物件について、再度の内見を含め確認させて頂きました。
根岸さんがご案内下さり、納得の行くまで条件に見合った他の物件も合わせて探し比較して見せて下さいました。また、その間に、他にこの物件を希望される方々もお待ちのご様子である中、大家さんとのやり取りも実に巧み、かつスムーズで、ゆっくり検討させて頂けたのにも関わらず、最終的にはお陰さまで希望の物件を契約することができました！
大家さんとの普段からのコミュニケーションや連携も実に良く取って居られ、知識や情報も豊富で淀みなく、お話も聞きやすく的を得ていて、楽しくためになり実に気持ちの良いもので、安心したと同時に感服致しました。
いろいろなケースについて、想像力が豊かで、こちらの条件に沿いながら、初めての部屋探しにおいて考えておくべきポイントもよくわかり、とても良い経験をさせて頂きました。
