【2017.06初訪】
相方と千鳥橋の吉鳥さんでちょい飲み。
こじんまりとしたお店はご夫婦でしょうか、男女二名で営まれています。
生憎テーブル席はいっぱいで、カウンター席に腰を下ろし乾杯。

●久米仙43水割 500yen ×ウン杯
箸袋はあみだくじになっています。
結果、安定の小吉。
身に着けるラッキーアイテムはししゃもだそうですよ、帰りに買わねば(汗)

■手羽塩 1本100yen
■ささみ塩焼 1串130yen
■せせり 1串100yen
■丸なんこつ 1串120yen
■かわ 1串100yen
■三角 1串130yen
■おじぎり(梅) 150yen
少し強面の大将(失礼!!)が炭火でじっくり丁寧に焼いてくれます。
どの串も大粒で食べ応えがありますね。
そして、どれも火入れが素晴らしい。
絶妙なタイミングで提供されるので、素材の食感を損ないません。
どの串も美味しく、満足させていただきました(*´▽｀*)
また千鳥橋に行く用事があれば寄ってみよう。

A little drink with my partner and Mr. Yoshitori from Chidori Bridge.
The small shop is run by two men and women, maybe a couple.
The table seats are full, so I sit down at the counter and have a toast.

A slightly strong general (excuse me !!) will carefully bake it over a charcoal fire.
Every skewer is large and has a satisfying taste.
And all of them are wonderfully burned.
Since it is provided at the perfect timing, it does not spoil the texture of the ingredients.
All the skewers were delicious and I was satisfied (* ´ ▽ ｀ *)
