し	しむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ以外のしぇからしかは全て満点です。ここにしかない焼き飯は希少でそれなりにおいしいので、充分に差別化はされているとは思いますが、スープがちょっと……骨の量が足りないような気がします。ほとんど来ない場所で、日によってで運が悪かっただけかもしれませんので、満点の可能性は充分あります。 Everything except here is a perfect score. グ	グルメマン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入店するととんこつらーめんの独特な臭いが漂います。高校時代とんこつラーメンのお店でアルバイトをしていたので無性に懐かしくなります。今まで地元九州から東京、大阪とたくさんのラーメンを食べてきましたが、これが九州のラーメン！！って感じです。良い意味でとんこつのくさみがあり少しドロッとしたスープに少し硬めの細麺です。美味しさとともに懐かしさも感じる事ができました♪ When you enter the store, the unique smell of Tonkotsu Ramen is present. H	Hiroshi Morimoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 百名店には入選してないけどラヲタな皆さんがたまに訪問されてるので以前からちょこっと気になってたお店へ初訪問。開店時間直後の11時過ぎに到着。入店すると既に先客が数名おられました。店内は本格とんこつラーメン店によくある獣臭！こりゃ期待出来そう！食券機でラーメンを購入、替え玉などの追加オーダーは食券を買わなくても現金にて追加注文可能との事なのでそのまま長いカウンター席へ。麺の固さを選択出来、バリカタ、カタ、普通の3種類でバリカタでお願いしました。麺は正統派の極細麺、スープはサラッとした感じで見た目は醤油ラーメンっぽい感じですがしっかり豚骨味。価格は大型チェーン店と同等な低価格ながら質は別格！そこらじゅうに溢れかえる「なんちゃってとんこつラーメン店」とは段違いの正統派とんこつラーメン！名店を食べ歩くラヲタの皆さんがたまに行かれるのが解りました。通し営業でふらっとすぐに入れ、低価格がウリのチェーン店ですがこのお店知ってしまったらもはやチェーン店の選択肢は無くなりました。 I haven't been selected as one of the 100 famous stores, but I'm not sure if I'll be a laota, so I've been visiting them for the first time since I've been a little worried. び	びりけん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此花区ランチ本日は、しぇからしかにお邪魔しました。ど豚骨ラーメンです。店内に入ると、店員さんの大声の「いらっしゃいませー」で出迎えられます。店に入った瞬間から、豚骨の食欲をそそる匂いがしてます。入って右側の券売機で食券を買い席で待っていると、店員さんが麺の硬さを聞きに来てくれます。今日は、ラーメンと焼飯。ラーメンは、680円に値上がりしてました。まずは、焼飯が到着。ちょっとしっとり系の焼飯で、醤油の濃いめの味付けがナイスです。コーンが入っており、時折甘味を感じます。そしてラーメン。そこまでキツくないが動物系の匂い。少々粘度のあるライトこってりスープが麺に絡みます。豚骨好きには、たまらない美味しさだと思います。 Konohana Ward lunch Today, I only visited you.
