Even the deserts are surprisingly refreshing especially the sweet pudding tasted with 3 kinds of natural salt from Spain, French & Italy! I didn’t feel like stuffed with food at the end of the night, which felt great. The food was delicious, the wine pairing was spot on, and the service was top notch. Chef Masa did a great job selection the freshness ingredient and Saito san’s wine selection was delicious! Highly recommended.
