洗練された店内とか、プレゼンテーションがどうとかはないけど、そういうので誤魔化してない、流行りに左右されない真面目なフレンチ。 上質ながら素朴があるような、ただ美味しいだけでなく初めて食べてもどこか懐かしく感じられる味です。

入口に板が置いてありつまずく。ねずみがよく出るためせきとめているとのこと それは別にいいが、これから食事をするというのにゴキブリの話題を振られ不快だった カード会計の際、普通はPIN入力を求められるところだが、何やらがちゃがちゃ操作したあとサインを求められた。尋ねると「暗証番号入力のために移動するのが面倒だからエラーを出してサイン決済にした」とのこと 本人の意向を確認しない点もさることながら、オーソリに影響すら出かねない非常識な対応 肉料理を食べた後で胃腸の調子が悪くなったのも気にかかる。周りの店が繁盛する中ここだけ客が他に誰もいなかったが、鮮度管理は大丈夫なのか?

誕生日のお祝いで連れていってもらいました。あたたかなアットホームな雰囲気。アペリティフの豚肉のリエット、黒毛和牛のステーキなど、心のこもった丁寧に作られたお料理はみんな美味しかったです。お料理に合わせたワインの提案も的確で、一層楽しむことができました。サプライズのデザートプレートにも感激。また記念日などにお邪魔したいと思います。

料理やしつらえは本格的なクラシックなフランス料理をというコンセプトのようだが、価格設定が昭和の頃の舶来モノ全てが珍しく高価だった頃のままなのかな。 老舗であることに権威主義を感じる人用の店。 料理だけなら美味しい。けど予想の範疇のビストロ料理の域は出ない。 だが海外のビストロと全くコンセプトは別モノに成り果てて普通の人間が気軽にいく価格帯の店ではない。 都内にはここと同レベル以上に本格的で美味しいクラシック料理をもっとお手軽に提供する店も、反対にここと同じ価格設定でもちゃんと美味しいレストランもたくさんある。 私なら同じ値段払うならもっと野心的で先進的なレストランいくな。 都内の有名ビストロってビストロとは名ばかりの価格設定や入りにくさだったり、ボリュームだったりって店も多いがその代表格。

2021/11/25 1973年創業、西麻布の老舗フレンチ「Bistrot de La CITÉ(ビストロ・ド・ラ・シテ)」 水~日曜日12:00~13:30のランチタイムは、3種類のDONメニューをラインナップ。 「DON Déjeuner A」2,400円 前菜「鶏レバーのムース」、メイン「仔羊のスパイシーな煮込み」の構成。 自家製天然酵母パン付。 当日は「鶏レバーのムース」の代わりに、「シテ特製豚肉のテリーヌ」が野菜のピクルスとともに供された。 テリーヌは肉々しくてボリュームも相応にあり素朴な味わい。 自家製天然酵母パンは、ほの温かいむっちりカンパーニュでおかわり可。 メインの「仔羊のスパイシーな煮込み」は、通常は唐辛子ペースト(ハリッサ)が添えられるが、辛いのが苦手の為無しでオーダー。 丸く整形した玄米の上にホロホロに煮込んだ仔羊がONし、肉や野菜の旨味が溶け込んだトマトベースのソースをかけた一品で、間違いない美味さ。

It is a decent bistro lunch after a long time. Expectation will increase further in the atmosphere that seems to be the alley behind the famous store in Roppongi and the interior of a retreat in Paris.
