★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビで何度も紹介されるテフタンメンは汗が噴き出るほどの後引く辛さ。
麺はかなりやわめ。
いつも辛さ控え目の甘めで注文しています。冷めると辛さが落ち着いて食べ進めやすくなる。
 Teftanmen, which is introduced many times on TV, is so hot that it makes you sweat.
The noodles are pretty soft.
I always order with a spicy and modest sweetness. When it cools down, the spiciness calms down and it becomes easier to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し前は『埼玉の町中華』のトップに載ってしまったためか、お店の人が回らないほど混んでた朝霞の『あづま家』さん。
今回は久々に昼時間があったので、『テフタンメン』をいただきました。
中本みたいに確実にお腹が痛くなるほどの激辛じゃないけど、辛さを調整出来て、普通でも十分辛い。
しかも、メニューが豊富なので、子供も連れて行きたいお店。
また行こう。
Asaka's "Azumaya" was so crowded that the shop staff couldn't turn around, probably because he was on the top of "Saitama no Machi Chuka" a while ago.
This time I had lunch time after a long time, so I had "Teftanmen".

酸辣湯麺の酢が効いてない感じの味でした。
そんなに辛く無いです。

このお店はテフタンメンという辛いラーメンが人気のお店です。
私も迷わずテフタンメンを注文します。
お店はカウンター無し、テーブル4卓の小さなお店です。
お母さん2人で切り盛りしています。
4名の先客料理を作っていたので15分くらい待ってテフタンメン到着です。
これはあのニュータンタン麺に似ている感じですが、豆板醤が少し濃いめで私には少ししょっぱ過ぎ感がありましたが、若い方には丁度良いかもしれません。野菜が多く卵とじになっていて濃いめの味が好みの方は抜群だとおもいます。他の方が食べていた唐揚げ、レバニラ炒めがとても美味しそうに見えました。
定食もオススメのお店のようです。

I think that those who like a strong taste with a lot of vegetables and eggs are excellent. The fried chicken and fried levanilla that other people were eating looked very delicious.
It seems that the restaurant also recommends set meals.

辛いけど野菜多めで卵が優しい辛さになってます。
横須賀から食べに行ったかいがありました。
アイスコーヒーのサービスが感動しました。
