“味噌ラーメ”は豚骨スープに味噌、中太麺、野菜も直前に炒めていてシャキシャキで美味しかったです。お昼時で4、5人並んでいましたが10分程で入れました。混んでいる時は先に食券を買って並ぶそうです。

何故か行く度に臨時休業でなかなか来れなかったのですが… 噂通り美味しかったです。 ランチの少し遅い時間に入ったので待たずに入店。 味玉味噌ラーメンを選び席へ。 硬さ、ニンニク有無など聞かれるオーダー。 ニンニクは迷いましたが入れてよかったw ランチタイムは半ライス無料との事でお願いして… シャキッとした野菜と豚骨味噌が中太の麺と絡んで不味いはずない。 残ったスープにご飯を混ぜて最後まで美味しく頂きました♪

ラーメンは味噌しか食べていませんがニンニクたっぷりの濃いめの美味しさでした。(ニンニクは注文時にあり・なし選べますが、断然ありがおすすめ) 注文してから野菜とスープを鉄鍋で炒めるように作るラーメンで、香ばしい感じがあります。 味はニンニクがっつりですが、胃に残る感じではなく食べ終わったあとは満腹感のみで大満足でした。

【ぼっけもん】※系譜不明 こちらはあざみ野駅近くにあります。 某家系店の店主に、この店の存在を聞いてたので行ってみることに。 事前に調べてみるとフォロワーさんも何人か訪問済でした。 基本的には味噌がメインのお店のようですね。 ちょっとわかりにくい場所ですが流行ってますね。 男女3名で切り盛りされていました。 カウンターと離れたテーブル席に案内されたので厨房内は良く見えませんでしたが、 大きい寸胴が1つあるのは見えました。 フォロワーさん情報では中華鍋でスープを温めているとの事。 味噌がメインだからそうなんでしょう。 入口外に「林家」と書いてある麺箱がありました。 あまり見ない製麺所ですね。 麺はテボで茹でていました。 スープはどっちかっていうと豚骨先行型寄り。 油は見た目は多くないですね。 鶏油の香りがしないというよりは、 焦がし油というか香味油というか、独特の香ばしさが先行して主張してきます。 スープは少し粘度がありました。 濃厚ではないけど豚骨の出汁はしっかりしててコクがあります。 鶏感はありません。 少し獣感もあっていい余韻も残りましたが全体的にはマイルドな飲み口。 野菜由来なのか甘みが結構強いけど、クリーミーな甘みではありません。 混ぜると醤油感は気持ち強め。 このスープにはこれくらいでいいと思います。 香ばしさがあるので個性的で少しニンニクも効いてます。 いかにも味噌ラーメン屋さんの醤油ラーメンって感じ。 バランスはいいと思います。 麺は断面が正方形で、ウェーブした中太麺。長さがありました。 若干加水が高めで、コシも弾力もありました。 味噌も同じ麺なのかな? ツルっとしてましたがスープには合ってました。 チャーシューはバラロールで大きさは普通。 厚みがありました。 トロトロではなくしっかりした食感で、少し生姜っぽいような風味。 味付けは若干甘みがあるけど控えめで良かったです。 ほうれん草は少なめ。 食感も良く本来の味わいがしました。 海苔増しは4枚。 大きさは普通ですが、緑色っぽく透けています。 スープに浸すと弱め。 磯の香りが強いタイプで風味はまあまあでした。 薬味のネギは後乗せの微塵切りが多め。 シャキシャキして辛味もあり、 スープが甘めなのでいい薬味になってました。 うん。個性的ですね。 見た目は家系そのものですが、食べると別物。 でもバランスは良く美味しかったです。 接客などもいいですね。 ごちそうさまでした。

ネギチャーシュー麺@1180 ほうれん草@100 のり@100 注文してから鉄なべで味噌野菜スープを作るので スープはナイスな熱々‼︎ マイルドに纏まったスープと 甘めの麺が非常に美味しかった。 オススメですが少し高い印象で4ポイント。 テーブルにニンニクあれば最高です。

Had better ramen. I don't get it why do Japanese waiter or waitress tend to use casual non professional tone when talking to "gaijin", foreigner or not we are still paying customers. I shouldn't play poker because my facial expression might have drastically changed and what I was thinking might have been easily readable on my face cause she changed to a more formal and professional tone after taking my order. I usually just review shops on food but I had to get this one out. So soup was kind of bland, everything lacked seasoning...the char siu (japanese version) don is the reason why the rating is not lower
