★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食べたけどね、薄く感じます。テールスープて書いてあるけど、その通りです。なんか麺にあって無いと言うか別のスープに麺入れましたって感じです。良く言えば超あっさりラーメン。やっぱ塩は塩元帥やなぁ。牛骨は牛臭さ多い。好きな人は好きかもしれないが私は嫌い。
 I ate it, but it feels thin. It says tail soup, but that's right. It's not like the noodles, or I put the noodles in another soup. To put it better, it's super light ramen. After all salt is Marshal Shio. Beef bone has a lot of beef smell. You may like it, but I hate it.

牛骨はすっきり澄んだスープに牛骨の旨味が溶けこんで縮れ麺とよく合います。
塩ラーメンもすっきりした味わいで旨い。(こってりぎとぎとした豚骨ラーメンが好きな方には向かないかも)
味噌ラーメンは味噌の風味が乗るので、こってり感が増します。(味噌が苦手な外国人には味噌が効いているので向かないかも)
牛骨ラーメンが好きな方は是非味わうと良い店かと思います。

娘は味噌で他は皆で牛骨ラーメンを頼みました。娘に一口スープを貰いとても美味しかったです!
海水浴帰りで疲れた身体に心底美味しいと思った牛骨ラーメン
必ず次回も鳥取に行った際には寄りたいと思います
今回の旅行に掛け替えのない思い出のお店となりました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 腹ペコで水木しげるロードを彷徨し、美味しそうな店はどこも行列のできていて、すぐに食えるならなんだっていいやという気分で入店して、食うんじゃなかったと後悔しました。
麺がちゃんとゆでられていません。
かむと粉っぽさを感じました。
空いている店には空いている理由があるのだなと実感した次第です。
よって評価は★二つです。
I regretted that I couldn't eat because I felt like I couldn't eat if I could eat right away.

ラーメンは優しい味でスープが牛の甘みがあってとても美味しかった！一人で切り盛りされてて忙しそうだったから時間かかるのかなーって思ってたけど意外にも早くきました。うまかったです！
