開店すぐだったので人も少なかったので、優しい店主さんが色々とサービスしてくださいました。?

若干人により塩気が強く思うかもしれませんが脂くどく無く食べやすい牛骨ラーメンです。
朝7時からやってます。

牛骨ラーメン特有の香りは少なめで、
あっさり食べやすくまとめられていました。
少し太めの縮れ麺は食べ応えがあり、チャーシューはトロトロでした。メンマは自家製なのでしょうか、シンプルな味付けで美味しかったですが太すぎて少し固かったです。
半チャーハンも注文しましたが、こちらは少し残念でした。パラパラではあったのですが、パサパサしてました。個人的にはもう少し水分があっても良いかと思いました。
全体的には美味しかったので、境港でラーメンを食べる際は候補の１つに加えても⭕️

The aroma peculiar to beef bone ramen is less,
It was easy to eat and organized.
The slightly thick curly noodles were satisfying to eat, and the char siu was torotoro. Maybe Menma is homemade, it was delicious with simple seasoning, but it was too thick and a little hard.
I also ordered half fried rice, but this was a little disappointing. It was fluttering, but it was dry. Personally, I thought it would be okay to have a little more water.
Overall it was delicious, so when you eat ramen at Sakaiminato, you can add it to one of the candidates ⭕️

牛骨感はあまりなくかなりアッサリ。
自分の好みとは違いましたが、コメントを見ると人気なお店なんだろうなと思いました。
