心療内科の助けを必要とする人は理路整然と話せないことが珍しくないはず。私もそうでした。そして他の精神科の女医に不快な思いをすることがあったので、半信半疑で受診しました。でもこのクリニックも先生は女性ですが、人の痛みがわかるあたたかい方で安心して受診できました。
カウンセリング力に長けており、きっとご自身もそれなりに苦労を重ねてきたのでしょう。大きな度量で、きっと治療には必要ない話まで聞き届けた上で、会話をうまく整理してくれます。そうすることで段々と私自身も自分の問題点がわかり、治療に取り組みやすくなりました。
お陰様で、その時抱えていた問題は乗り越えることができました。本当に感謝しています。
