内	内田尚子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店当初から入会して、サボったり、また通ったり、と自分のペースで行っています。スタッフも転任など入れ替わりはありますが、皆さま穏やかで元気でいいですね。 I joined the store from the beginning, and I skip and go again at my own pace. The staff may change, such as transfer, but everyone is calm and energetic.

藤	藤井達生 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のジムは分かりませんが、ロッカーや靴箱など清掃後に使えるようにする配慮、工夫があるためコロナ対策はキチンとしていると感じます。設備面ではプール脇にジャグジー、サウナ、ミストサウナがある。更衣室からシャワーブースに行くことが出来、トレーニング後は汗を流してサッパリと帰ることが出来ます。またマッサージチェアーが使えるのも良いです。私はサウナに12分、水泳1時間、ジャグジー10分。着替えてからマッサージチェアーで体をほぐすルーティーンでおよそ2時間程度、毎回利用しています。近場にプールを備えたジムがあまりないので助かっています。 I don't know about other gyms, but I feel that the measures against corona are very good because of the consideration and ingenuity to make the lockers and shoe boxes usable after cleaning. In terms of facilities, there is a Jacuzzi, sauna and mist sauna beside the pool. You can go to the shower booth from the changing room, and after training you can sweat and go home refreshingly. It is also good to use a massage chair. I spend 12 minutes in the sauna, 1 hour swimming and 10 minutes in the jacuzzi. I use it every time for about 2 hours as a routine to relax my body with a massage chair after changing clothes. It is helpful because there are not many gyms with pools nearby.
も	もりこう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナによって大変な状況の中、通常営業してくださってありがとうございます。ジムのみ利用させて頂いたのですが、マシンは古いものの手入れがきちんと行き届いていたり、スタッフの方がとても親切で楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。聞いたところ、そのスタッフさんはこの間成人したばかりの女子学生だと伺い、びっくり！バイトとは思えない親切かつ適切な指導で、毎週のモチベーションがいつも高いです！ただ、そのスタッフさんがもう辞めてしまうみたいで… ショックですが、これからも頑張ります！ Thank you for your normal business in a difficult situation due to Corona. I used only the gym, but the machine was old but well maintained, and the staff were very kind and enjoyable. When I heard that, I was surprised to hear that the staff was a female student who had just grown up the other day! With kind and appropriate guidance that I can not think of as a part-time job, my weekly motivation is always high! However, it seems that the staff has already quit ... It's a shock, but I'll continue to do my best!
