トレーナーさんの感じは良かったです。
1人でテニスのサーブ練習をしているお
「お相手しましょうか？」と
コーチに声をかけてもらいましたが、
実力はあまりといった印象…。
ちょっと勿体ないな…。
受付のおばさんが
テニスの大会のことを全く把握していない。
そこが良くなかったですね。

女子トイレは知らんが男子トイレはトイレが臭すぎて嗚咽がするレベルで息を止めて入ってました。
トレッドミルも少ないのに人気があるので埋まってしまって利用しづらい。
筋トレエリアも狭い。
ただダンベルの重さが幅広く、
筋トレする人が少ないので使いやすさはあった。

時間帯と日にちよるのですが運が悪いとバスルーム満杯?ということもありますが、大抵は快適に使えます。
お風呂にはリンスインシャンプー、ボディソープ、石鹸が有ります。
化粧水と乳液もあります。
シャンプー等「これしかダメ」と言うのがなければそれらを用意する必要はありません。お風呂にサウナがついています。
プールにジェットのでるスペースがあって血行がよくなる感じで好きです。
他にスチームサウナが有ります。
スチームサウナはプールエリアなので男女関係なく使うタイプです。
価格的にはお高めかもしれません?
