★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの都合を全く考慮していない。土曜日に対応して貰うということで話を付けていたのに、いざその日は祝日だからと言って休み。
後日、平日に対応してくれと言われてもこちらは仕事。向こうはどうにかしろの一点張り。
こちらは迅速に対応していてもこの始末。非常に残念なので評価1です。
I have not taken into account the convenience here. I was talking about getting it on Saturday, but I took a day off because it was a holiday.
This is a job even if it is told at a later date that we will correspond on weekdays. There is a single point over there.
Even if we are responding quickly, this is a cleanup. It is very disappointing so it is rated 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらを 教えて貰い、HP見たら メールで見積りしてくれるとあったので、夜中にメールしてみました。翌日 気付いたら、朝には 見積りのメールが届いていて、更に翌日 土曜日でしたが 無事 修理に出す事が出来ました。素早い対応と良心的な料金、綺麗に直して頂き本当に助かりました。
I asked him to tell me this, and when I saw the website, he told me that he would give me an estimate by email, so I emailed him in the middle of the night. The next day, I noticed that I received an e-mail with an estimate in the morning, and on Saturday the next day, I was able to send it out for repair. It was really helpful to have a quick response, a reasonable fee, and a clean fix.
