もう二度と頼みません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買取金額は「まぁそんなもんか」って感じ。ディーラーの下取りよりは良い、位。
ただ、その後の対応が最悪。
こちらの希望する引取時期より1ヶ月早めて欲しいとの要求に、バックカメラ付きの代車を条件に承諾。
しかし、引渡し当日になって用意出来てないと言われ、その後も返納期限の2ヶ月経ってもそのまま。
更には振込期日から4日も遅れる。
恐らく、初めからバックカメラ付きの代車なんか用意する気無かったんだと思う。
担当のN川も会社も全く信用ならない。

結局本に載ってる基準の金額でしか伝えられないとのこと。じゃあ、なんの為に来たの？
査定しに来た意味ある？
あまりにも客側に不利ではありませんか？ここで決めていたら26万円もプラスしてくれたとは到底思えません。
ラジオで言っていたことはすべて嘘。はっきり言ってここの店は辞めた方が良いですね?
営業がク◯です。
その後、無事他のお店でプラス26万円で買い取りしてもらいました。
二度と利用しません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話や買取スタッフの対応は悪くなかったです。ただ、買取システムにとても疑問を感じる。他店と比較したいのに、この状態だと他店では高く売ることはできないかもしれない。
この場で決めてもらわないといかなく、検討する余地も与えてもらえない、一度買い取りを決めたらキャンセルをすることはできない。
書類や車がまだ自分の手元にあるのにキャンセルをする余地を与えてもらえないことに疑念を感じてしまいました。
次にお願いすることはもうないと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業マンが、あまりにもバカみたいに融通が利きません。三店で比較する中で、２番目に査定に行き、３番目の店もあるので、この場で即答は出来ないと査定を始める時から、さんざん言ったのに、この場で決めてくれないと、金額は回答出来ないみたいな事を言われました。中古車の相場は刻々と変化しているので、だから、この場で決めて下さいとか言っていたけど、そんな為替相場並に一分一秒で変わるものなんでしょうか？
ちなみに、車の扱いも、車屋さんのくせに最低です。こちらも対応にムカついてたのでそそくさ出てきたんですが、ボンネットは半ドア状態だったし、ハンドルも真っ直ぐにして止めてた筈が、左に切りっぱなしになってたし…
まあ、総括的にはダメダメですね。CMを鵜呑みにしてはいけません❗️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オークションで落札した軽トラックを引き取りに行きました。「排気温警告灯が点灯する異常のみ」との事でしたが実際に行ってみると排気温警告灯は暖機運転状態で点く異常ではありませんでした。
しかしそれ以外では左側のアオリに凹みがあって開け閉めができない。
ルームランプが点かない。ウインカーが切れている･･･等々、少しでも車の取引に関わった事がある人なら気が付く点が抜け落ちていました。
素人が経営している店舗です。それなりの利用方法があると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前車のタイヤホイール、その他部品の査定をしていただきました。タイヤホイールに関してはヤフオクの画面を見せられそれと同じ値段を提示されました。そもそも私が査定してもらったのと同じホイールは一件しかヤフオクに出ていないのにそれだけを基準にするのはいかがなのかなと疑問に思いました。しかし査定の基準は業者によってそれぞれなのかなと思いましたがなにより許せなかったのは査定後断りの旨を伝えると営業の方が無言でそのまま帰ってしまいました。しかも査定した部品をその辺に散らかしたまま。部品類は個別に箱に入れていたものを査定してもらったのですが全部箱から出ておりめちゃめゃでした。空いた口が塞がらないとはこの事を言うんだなと思いました。
今後同じような思いをする方が出ないように今回投稿させていただきました。
