★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日(2020/6/19)数か月前から近隣の方からの嫌がらせでフロントガラスに無数の投石をされてボロボロになったフロントガラスのリペアを頼みました
前日に電話で自車の状態を電話にて説明、そのまま来社して見て貰ったのですが、他社との対応、値段を簡易で比較した上、対応して頂いた方の親身な接客にここで直そうと決めました
翌日(今日)こちらが指定した時間に行くとしっかりと対応して頂き、こちらの雑多な所用に短時間ながらも台車での対応(無料)までして頂きました
小一時間の所用を済まし、まだ終わってないだろうな、と思ったら既に作業も終了していて少しビックリしました
その後もフロンガラスの現状の説明、作業をどういった経緯でしたかとの説明も受け、ご厚意のサービス(!!!)も有難く頂戴しました _(._.)_
個人客として素晴らしい対応、サービス、勿論リペア技術を受けてめったにしないクチコミを書かせて頂きました
それとこの会社が何故クチコミで対応が悪いと書かれているのか疑問です
今後愛車のガラス関係でなにか問題が生じた場合、私はここの会社に頼みます、必ずです。

The next day (today) I got a firm response when I went at the designated time, and even a short time with a trolley (free) for this miscellaneous place
I was a little surprised that I finished the work for a while and thought that it was not finished yet, the work was already finished
After that, I also received an explanation of the current situation of CFC glass and how it was done, and thank you for your kind service (!!!) _(._.)_
As an individual customer, I wrote wonderful reviews, services, and of course, rarely received repair technology.
And I wonder why this company says it's bad response in the word of mouth
If something goes wrong with my car glass in the future, I always ask the company here.
