結論から申し上げると、私自身が弱くて、離脱してしまいました。いま振り返ると、我慢せずに本部のかたに相談すれば良かったのかも知れません。
スタッフのK崎さんから人格否定の発言を受けたり、当時のセンター長のHさんに配慮・改善を求めたら睨まれたり、いまだにフラッシュバックすることがあります。
でも、有益なこともありましたし、入所は自分自身で選んだことだから、乗り越えていこうと思います。

※私がたまたま合わなかっただけで、型に上手くハマることができれば、K林さんのようにLITALICOのスタッフ側に入社して飛躍できた方もいらっしゃいます^_^
迷われているかたは一度仮入所してみるのもアリかも知れません。

From the conclusion, I was weak and left. Looking back now, it may have been better to consult with the person at the headquarters without having to put up with it.
There are times when I receive a statement from the staff, Mr. Kzaki, who denies my personality, or when I ask Mr. H, the director of the center at the time, for consideration and improvement, I get glared at him and still flash back.
However, there were some benefits, and I chose to enter the facility myself, so I will try to overcome it.
