★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綺麗な場所ですし、施設の方々が皆さんとても親切です、毎月月命日に行ってるのですが、毎回顔を合わせれば声を掛けて下さり、とても行きやすいです。
It is a beautiful place and the facilities are very kind. Every month I go to the anniversary, but if I meet every time, I will call out and it is very easy to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リーフレットやホームページは立派で目を引きますが、予約の電話をした際、最初の窓口の男性の方が、早く切りたそうな早口で事務的で冷たい話し方をされました。
愛犬が亡くなって打ちひしがれている時に、こんな応対しかできない方に愛犬の最後を任せられないと思い、予約するのを辞めました。
The leaflet and homepage are impressive and eye-catching, but when I called for the reservation, the man at the first window spoke with a quick and clumsy, clerical and cold conversation.
When my dog passed away and I was beaten up, I thought that I could not leave the last of my dog to someone who can only handle such things, so I quit booking.

特に亡き骸を扱ってくださる男性が、良い感じの距離感です。
この５年の間に８匹の猫がお世話になっていますが、淡々としながらも、お骨をひらうときには、何気なく思い出話を引き出してくださって、なんだか癒されます。
事務の女性は少々、慣れすぎていて事務的です。
The telephone response is clerical, but the on-site response is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初の電話口の男性の対応が、無愛想でヤル気がなく早口で声が小さかったので、聞き返したら、嫌味なくらい大きな声で言い返されて、とても嫌な気分になりました。
当然、大事な愛犬を任せることはできないので、他の業者に頼みましたが、そちらは心のこもった対応していただき感謝しています。
場所や施設よりも大切なのは、人の対応だと痛感しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛犬のプー?とビリーが天国に旅立ちました。鈴蘭台のペットメモリアルさんに昨日お願いしました。悲しく寂しく本当に辛い??ですが家族だった二匹が天国で元気に走り廻ってるかなぁ?スタッフの方も思い出話しを聞いて下さったり安心してとても親身になって下さいました。プーは１０年前ビリーは12／17日、緑に囲まれた綺麗な墓地です。お参りいきます。プー?ビリーのアルバムを作りました??
My dog 's Pooh and Billy departed to heaven. I asked Pet Memorial of Suzuran Taro yesterday.
