★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長期使用のポイントを利用してショッピングを行うとしたが、割引や他のポイントもあり操作がわからず予約してから伺いました。操作と購入方法を詳しく説明して頂き購入出来ました。
I decided to use the points for long-term use for shopping, but I didn't know how to operate it because of discounts and other points, so I made a reservation before visiting. I was able to purchase after explaining the operation and purchasing method in detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このエリアはdocomo、SoftBankも在りますが、まず混雑しているので、券を取って他の用事と併せて行くのがオススメです。
また、他の店舗よりも店員が多く対応も良いので自分は此方を主に来店しますね。(残念な点は駐車場)
There are docomo and SoftBank in this area, but it is crowded first, so it is recommended to take a ticket and go with other errands.
Also, there are more clerk than other stores and the correspondence is good, so I mainly visit this store. (Unfortunately the parking lot)

I went to consult about model change and transfer. I was guided without waiting even without a reservation. Kind and polite explanation was good. This is the shop I want to use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タブレットの解約に行ってきましたが、担当した横須賀という人が凄く態度が悪く、きちんとした説明もなく終わりました。もっと色々聞きたかったのですが、早く帰れという顔でした。駄目ですよ、解約でも客なんですけどね。今度は違う支店に行きます。
I went to cancel the tablet, but the person in charge, Yokosuka, had a very bad attitude and ended without a proper explanation. I wanted to hear more, but it was a face that I should go home early. It's no good, even if you cancel the contract, you're still a customer. This time I will go to a different branch.
