I chose a TV and a Blu-ray recorder while hesitating for a long time. It's been over 10 years since I bought the TV I'm using now, so it was difficult to understand the latest features. 2件目のノジマ電気に行きましたら、店員さんは、親切丁寧にドラム式と縦型洗濯機の性能と自分達に合った洗濯機を詳しく教えていただきました。
洗濯機の性能がよく分かり嬉しいかったです。今後、家電製品はノジマで購入したいと思います。

どちらも決算セールという事でしたが7000円ほどノジマが安い上に色々な特典、サービスがあり断然ノジマで安く購入出来ました。店員さんのテキパキした対応とお客さんにとって最善の値段を提供してくださるという事を、感じました。良い買い物が出来たらと喜んでいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひと月くらい前に、AndroidからiPhoneに変えたくて、どのくらい安くなるんだろう？と気軽な感じで伺うと、ビックリする価格で提案頂き最新のiPhoneを購入した（それでも一括価格が安かった）が、３大キャリアになると通信費だけで結構いい金額になってしまうかもと考えていると、購入後にサブブランドへ移るといいなど、使う側に立った提案をしてくれて一気にノジマさんに惚れました。
店頭の方がキャリアでなく、ノジマの店員さんで、お客さんの使用用途•環境に合わせて提案してくれるって話を「こういうことなんだな」と感じた体験でした。
また、機種変などの際には1番にノジマさんに来ようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リビングで１２年(購入時点で１年型落ち)が完全に壊れ、GW前に買い換え・工事を済ませたく来店。
エアコン設置スペースの幅が８３～４センチくらいしかなく、相談して、既設エアコンと同じくらいの大きさの機種を案内してもらい自分で検討。普通なら、あーだ、こーだとおすすめ商品を紹介されるが、そういうことは一切なく、自分でじっくり見て購入機種を決定できた。
保証等の説明も丁寧にしていただけ、当初予定していた予算より安価に収まったので、大満足です。
