★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会津では珍しいガッツリ醤油ラーメン。手打ち麺 手作りワンタンが最高に美味しいしボリュームもあると思います。厚目のチャーシュー ショウガ風味のメンマもラーメン好きには、たまりません。ご飯もののメニューも充実しています。夜の営業と駐車場が広いと嬉しいなぁ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺類を注文するとメニューにはありませんが¥300+でワンタンをトッピングできます。手打ち麺で美味しい食堂です。ソースカツ丼は厚みのあるカツが柔らかく 夢中で食べたらあっという間になくなってしまいました。ラーメンとセットで食べるにはちょっと多いので半ラーメンがあればいいなと思います。カツはロース肉なので一枚で揚げるので半分には出来ないとの事です。
If you order noodles, it is not on the menu, but you can add wonton for ¥300+. It is a delicious restaurant with hand-made noodles. The sauce cutlet bowl is thick and tender, and when I ate it, it disappeared in no time. It's a bit more to eat with ramen, so I think it's better to have half ramen. Since the cutlet is loin, it is fried in one piece so it cannot be cut in half.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワンタンメンは麺は手打ちのモチモチ中太麺、ワンタンはつるりとした舌ざわり。淡麗なスープはパンチはないが、食べ飽きない澄み切ったクセのない味わい。
チャーシューも薄味ですがなかなかいけます。
Wonton noodles are handmade chewy medium-thick noodles, and wonton noodles have a smooth texture. The light soup has no punch, but it has a clear and addictive taste that you won't get tired of eating.
The char siu is also light, but it's quite good.
