どのお品もですが豆腐の香りがかなり強いです。
冷奴で一口目は何もつけず豆腐だけお口に入れていただき数回かんだら鼻から息を抜いていただくと豆腐本来の味と香りが楽しめます。
二口目はネギやお醤油など好みにあわせていただくのがベストだと思います。
お豆腐の主張がかなり強いためお味噌汁の具や麻婆豆腐には不向きだと思います。
