う	うつみたかき（しさわ） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道312号線日高バイパスの横にあるこじんまりとした素敵なお店です。ランチをいただきに行ってきました。定番の湯葉丼、きつねうどん、ざる豆腐の冷や奴、湯豆腐のセットと日替わりのメニューがありますが、寒い時期なので温かいセットを注文しました。ランチセットではショットグラスに入った豆乳、おから、豆腐がでんとのっかったサラダとぷりぷりの黒豆がついてきます。豆腐はしっかりと豆の味がしていて、湯豆腐やきのこソースのソテーでおいしくいただきました。きつねうどんのきつねはふっくらとして、お出汁をいっぱい含んでいておいしい。お出汁もきつねの味が溶け出して優しいうまさでした。ドーナッツとラスクを持ち帰りに購入。ドーナッツは持った感じはずっしり感がありますが、食べるとほんのり豆腐が感じられて甘過ぎずおししい。何より食感が讃岐うどんのようなコシを感じるモチモチ系だけれど「お豆腐だから、きっとカロリーゼロだな」と思わせるような優しい美味しさでした。次回はぜひデザートをいただきにまいります。 It is a small and nice shop next to the Hidaka Bypass on Route 312.
