T	Tokyo Koyaji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設としては整っているが、サービス面が最低。先ず到着するや遠くの駐車場に駐めるよう指示される。玄関前に広大なスペースが有るにも拘らずである。道一本挟んだ広大な駐車場もバス転回用地だと言う。バスの転回に必要との事だが、一体何台のバスが一度に転回するのか？？？サービスのウエルカムドリンクだが、売店で交換出来るチケットを渡されるが、引換時間は14時半から16時まで！ 17時に到着した私達はどうすれば良いの？？？フロントの中国人スタッフは明日も同時間で使えると言うが、チェックアウト時間は午前10時。つまりくれる気が無いらしい。最悪なのは、予約時に団体、子供連れから離れた静かな部屋を明確に希望したのに、子供連れと隣の部屋。案の定、朝から大騒ぎ。兎に角サービスが悪く池の平ホテルの名が泣くわ。 The facility is well-equipped, but the service is the worst. 鼻	鼻でか太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東館、アネックス館、工事中の館の３つがあり、食事する場所、温泉やプール、遊園地がある建物は、こちら東館になります。おそらく工事が終われば、全部建物でつながるのかも知れませんが、2021年7月現在工事が終わってない為、ホテルが用意している小型バスか、プリキュアのプリントされた車で東館とアネックス館を行き来する必要があります。※自家用車での行き来は不可。なので、足の悪い方や移動が面倒と感じる方は、アネックス館ではなく、東館に泊られる事をお勧め致します。小学生くらいまでのお子さんがいる家族には良いかもしれません。ボーリング、卓球、ゲームセンターなどもあり、チェック前に来ても楽しむ事が出来ます。お食事は、期待していたより美味しかったですね。特にお寿司は、新鮮さはあれですが、ちゃんとした職人さんが注文が入ってから握ってくれるので美味しかったです。天ぷらも揚げたてなので、美味しかった。東館の残念ポイントは、プールが結構小さいのと、水着で入れる大浴場とは、繋がって無い上に、階数も違うので、移動がいちいち全て持って出ないと行けない点ですね。個人的にはかなり面倒。 There are three buildings, the East Building, the Annex Building, and the Building under construction. The food was better than I expected. Especially sushi is fresh, but It was delicious because a proper craftsman would hold it after the order was placed. The tempura was also freshly fried, so it was delicious. The unfortunate point of the East Building is that the pool is quite small and it is not connected to the large communal bath where you can put on your swimsuit, and the number of floors is different, so you have to bring all the movements with you. Personally, it's quite troublesome.
か	かおる母 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東館に娘と孫の3人で宿泊しました。部屋はとっても広くて綺麗で驚きました。お陰様でのんびり、快適に過ごせました。食事のバイキングは、どの料理も美味しく、お腹いっぱい食べました。1才の孫には離乳食を頂いて助かりました。ホテルの従業員さんはどの方も孫に愛想よく親切に接してくれて、とても嬉しくなりました。ただ部屋のお風呂は正方形に近かったので、足を伸ばせなかったのが残念！！でした。 I stayed in the East Building with my daughter and grandson. 寅	寅次郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東館に宿泊部屋は改装され、綺麗なものの温泉や食事処等の施設は昔のままで、昭和を感じさせる。大浴場は1人であったこともあり不気味でした。食事のビュッフェは子連れの家族で賑わい、コロナ渦で不安な部分も。また外国人スタッフが多い印象でした。また行きたいかと言われると×です。 Stay in the East Building The rooms have been renovated, and although they are beautiful, the facilities such as hot springs and restaurants are the same as before, giving a feeling of Showa.
