★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この地図でいうとクラフトビレッジ陶仙房のはす向かいに駐車場があり、そこから入山しました（駐車場は森の反対側、小松川高校蓼科寮の近くにもあるらしい）。
クマザサとカラマツの林をしばらく行くと沢沿いに15分～20分程度で御柱御用材跡地に到着します。御用材跡地は範囲が広く、歩いて20分くらいの範囲にわたって点在しています。なお、ここでいう御柱は上社の御柱のようです（下社の場所は別にある？）
苔むした岩がゴロゴロしていて、まるでジブリかジェラシックパークの趣です。特に厳しいアップダウンもなく空気もきれいで、初心者にも歩きやすいです。
また、キノコが好きな自分はカラマツやモミ、シラカバやコナラについているキノコを見ながら歩いているだけでもテンションが上がりっぱなしでした。
五社神社まで上がってお参りして帰ってきましたが、往復でゆっくり目に歩いても二時間かからないくらい。軽い運動と森林浴にちょうど良いコースです。
 In this map, there is a parking lot opposite the craft village Tosenbo, and I entered the mountain from there (it seems that the parking lot is on the opposite side of the forest, near the Komatsugawa High School Tateshina Dormitory).
If you go through the forests of Kuma-Zasa and Larch for a while, you will arrive at the ruins of Onbasashi wood in 15 to 20 minutes along the river. The site of the wood for use has a wide range and is scattered over a range of about 20 minutes on foot. The pillars here are like those of the upper company (is there a separate place for the lower company?)
The mossy rocks are muddy, and it's like Ghibli or Jerassic Park. There is no severe ups and downs and the air is clean, making it easy for beginners to walk.
Also, as a mushroom lover, I couldn't keep up the tension just by walking while watching the mushrooms on larch, fir, birch and oak.
I went up to Gosha Shrine and came back, but it took me less than two hours to walk back and forth. It is a good course for light exercise and forest bathing.
