さ	さちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらでマイホームを購入しました。自分たちで理想の間取りを探してやっとここ！というところを見つけたので担当の方にここの内見をしたいと連絡したのですが担当者からの連絡が遅かったおかげで、購入者が決まってしまい内見すら出来ませんでした。が、他にも内見を重ねて妥協して近所の戸建てを購入。もう1年以上経ちますが未だに後悔しております。｢自分以外の不動産屋からの連絡は絶って欲しい｣と言われたのでそうしたのに本当に残念でなりません。謝罪も何もありませんでした。その上、他に良い物件を見つけた時もやや予算オーバーで最初はもう少し予算を抑えた方が...という感じだったものの｢あとから考える事も出来るのでまずは審査が通るか見てみましょう｣という事で話を進めて頂いたのに審査が通るとわかった途端、以前は生活面などを気にしてくれてもう少し予算を抑える方が良いと言ってくださったのに考える時間もなく東宝ハウスさん側から勧められて購入という形でどんどん話が進んでしまいました。仕舞いにはこちらの口コミの評価を星5で良い評価を付けるように催促されました。本当に残念です。 I bought my home here.
