W	WAKE祥文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『煮干しラーメン』濃厚、麺かためを頂きました。煮干しの旨味がでていて旨いです。塩辛いというコメントもありますが、私的には『濃厚でも調度よい塩加減』でした。玉葱が大きめにカットされてて歯触りがよく、しばらくするとスープの温度で火が通ったように甘味が増す感じでした。麺の太さは、九州基準だと中太です。サイドメニューもありますが、餃子は500円弱と高い値段設定なので、もうすでにサイドじゃない感じです(笑)。500円でラーメン一杯という私個人の基準からそう見えるのかもしれませんが(^_^;) "Niboshi Ramen" I got a rich, noodle-hardened noodle. The taste of dried sardines is delicious. There is a comment that it is salty, but for me it was "rich but moderately salty". The onions were cut into large pieces and had a nice texture, and after a while, the sweetness increased as if they were cooked at the temperature of the soup. The thickness of the noodles is medium-thick according to Kyushu standards. There is also a side menu, but the dumplings are priced at just under 500 yen, so it feels like they are no longer on the side (laughs). It may seem that way from my personal standard of 500 yen for a bowl of ramen (^ _ ^;)
M	Matuo Giga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日替わりランチを食べました。鶏煮干しラーメンだったかと思います。すごく美味しい。。。唐揚げも美味。卓上にすりおろしニンニクと豆板醤があってスープをかけたライスが味変出来て嬉しい。旅先での訪問でしたが自分の家の近くにあったら凄く嬉しいお店です。 I had a daily lunch. つ	つねちゃんです on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに鶏たけでラーメンをと、入口のボードに復活とり煮干ラーメン‼️ じゃ、それ‼️って感じで濃厚とり煮干ラーメンと焼餃子をいただきました。鶏白湯のスープに煮干を合わせたスープはしっかりニボが効いていて鶏とのハーモニーがいい感じです。薬味のザク切りのタマネギの歯ごたえも良いアクセントになって細パツ麺との絡みも良好、炙りチャーシューも柔らかジューシーでニボおじさんも満足です。焼餃子は焼き色も綺麗ですけどジューシーな餡も満タンで必ずサイドポジションにいます。店主がいかがですか⁉️って感じで話しかけてくれたので、ちょっと話したら、けっこう他のお店にも自分で食べに行って勉強しているみたいですよ。いい心がけですね一層の飛躍を楽しみにしてます。 After a long time, I took ramen with chicken and revived it on the board at the entrance. ️ Then that!
