★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内装、建具全てにおいて日曜大工並みの仕上がり。口頭での説明や事前連絡などをしない。時間を指定しておきながら守らない。工事のスケジュールを守らない。いい加減な見積もりをして後から追加料金を請求してくる。
The interior and fittings are all finished like a do-it-yourself carpenter. Do not give oral explanations or prior notice. Do not keep while specifying the time. Do not keep the construction schedule. I will make a sloppy estimate and charge an additional fee later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3年ほど前、こちらに浴室と洗面所をリフォームしました。
風呂の床材をフローリングからクッションフロアの高級版に張替えました。その接着剤がクッションフロアにこびりつき、未だに汚くなっております。雑な施工でした。
風呂の方も、メーカーと共同で施工していましたが、細かいところがまるでダメ。下請けで雇っている業者が安かろう悪かろうなんでしょう。
風呂を解体して、ユニットバスを設置したところの壁に断熱材を入れるのですが、スカスカの量しか入れてませんでした。
特にひどかったのが窓。窓が大きくて冬場寒かったため二重窓を設置したのですが、コーキングがとにかく雑。
工事が終わったときにシャワーをかけて掃除をしてみたら、案の定そこからサッシの下に水が回っていました。これじゃ早々にダメになるので、コーキングの打ち直しを依頼したところ、水は入らなくなりましたがとにかく雑。凸凹で汚れがたまってしまうようになりました。
工事が終わって風呂の蛇口から水漏れがしたので、自分でバルブを閉めてストレーナを確認したら金属くずだらけでした。金属くずが詰まって蛇口が完全にしまらないのが原因でした。
社長は契約の時にしか来ないで調子いいことばかり言ってますし、工事が終わればすぐに金を振り込んでくれといいます。
定期点検もやっていますが、もう二度と顔も見たくないので頼んでいません。
価格に騙されず、相見積もりを取り、信頼できる業者を選ばれることを切に願っております。
About 3 years ago, I remodeled the bathroom and washroom here.

The bath was also constructed in collaboration with the manufacturer, but the details are totally useless. I wonder if the contractor hired as a subcontractor is cheap or bad.
I dismantled the bath and put heat insulating material on the wall where the unit bath was installed, but I only put the amount of squishy.
The windows were especially terrible. I installed double-glazed windows because the windows were big and it was cold in winter, but caulking was just a mess.
When the construction was finished, I took a shower to clean it, and as expected, water was flowing under the sash. This wouldn't work anymore, so when I asked him to remake the caulking, the water couldn't enter, but it was just a mess. The unevenness has started to accumulate dirt.
After the construction was completed, water leaked from the faucet of the bath, so I closed the valve myself and checked the strainer, and it was full of metal scraps. The cause was that the faucet was not completely closed due to clogging with metal scraps.
The president only comes at the time of the contract and says that he is in good shape, and he asks me to transfer the money as soon as the construction is completed.
I also do regular inspections, but I don't want to see my face again, so I don't ask.
