M	MASAKI Miyamoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ラーメンはとんこつ醤油のような見た目に反してかなりあっさり、というより薄い味。麺はツルッとして歯応えの良い乱切り麺で良かった。他のお客は味噌や担々麺を注文していたのでそちらが人気メニューか。店の雰囲気は和やかだが、タバコを吸いながらノーマスクで大声で喚いている常連を平気で放置している。ただでさえ狭く換気も不十分な店内なのだからせめて禁煙にしてもらいたい。 The soy sauce ramen has a rather light taste, contrary to the appearance of tonkotsu soy sauce.
