★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遠方から新幹線で前日に予約した物件を見学しに来店。来店後、掲載されていた入居可能時期に間違いがありまだ入居者がいるため中の見学はできないとのこと。しかたなく外観だけ確認し、見積りをもらい、申込みをしようとした直前、階数にも掲載間違いがあり４階が１階に。妥協するわけもなく白紙。なんのために高い交通費をかけ、朝イチで来店したのかと、精神的にひどく落胆した。その後、掲載内容の修正を確認したところ、家賃にも間違いがあったらしく、大幅に値上げされていた。店員のしっかりとした謝罪もなく、責任感のない態度は非常に信頼に欠ける。

After coming to the store, there was a mistake in the available time for moving in, and there are still residents, so it is not possible to tour the inside. There was no choice but to check only the appearance, get an estimate, and just before trying to apply, there was a mistake in the number of floors and the 4th floor was on the 1st floor. Blank paper without compromise. I was deeply disappointed at the reason why I spent a lot of money on transportation and came to the store in the morning. After that, when I checked the revision of the posted contents, it seems that there was a mistake in the rent, and the price was raised significantly. Without a firm apology from the clerk, an irresponsible attitude is very unreliable.
