が、お店に対し、もう信頼はないのでいつか引っ越す時には違う不動産に行こうと思います。
信頼出来る担当さんに出会えたから、ずっと物件探しをお願いしたかったのに。。。。
夜～深夜帯、騒音の苦情です。
相手がかなり悪質で、度々担当者さんに連絡するのが申し訳なくて、今回は支店長さんに入って頂きましたが、あれから4ヶ月も連絡もありません。どうなってるの？
信頼してただけに残念でなりません。
逆恨みが怖いので言いたいことの半分以上、言葉を選んでお話したのですが、ズバッとハッキリ言えば良かったですか？
そうしてる間にも、問題の住人に謝られるどころか、真隣にいても無視、睨まれる始末。怖いから外で会わないように行動してます。
私たちが何をしたというのですか？
進展なくても報告するのが、仕事、特に営業関係なら尚更重要なことだと思うのですが……
違いますか？
支店長が報告を怠るとはまったく呆れますね。
他の方がLINE無視されたと書いていたことに対し、｢あってはならないこと｣と返信されていましたけど……その"あってはならないこと"に該当しませんか？
本来なら本社へクレームされてもおかしくない案件ですよ。
それでも言わないのは、こちらはエイブルさんの指示に従った迄で、一切悪くないのに口うるさい住民だと思われるのも癪なので。
