繁忙期で、またこちらの時間も限られていたせいか希望条件に当てはまる物件が無く…。
残念ながら契約にはいたりませんでしたが、
嫌な顔する事もなく、

運転も話し方もとても好感を持てました。

難しい条件での希望をしたにも関わらず、懇切丁寧に調べてくださり、物件を提案してくださいました。
車内では、おすすめのラーメン屋さんなんかも教えて下さり、実際に行ってみると美味しかったのも良かったです。
今回、他所での好物件を紹介してもらっていたため契約にはいたりませんでしたが、また機会があれば是非お願いしたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで契約をしたわけではなく、こちらが管理する物件に住んでいます。
とにかく対応が遅く、適当、粗雑。
なんどか家のことで問い合わせしていますが、担当から連絡しますと言って向こうからきた試しがありません。だいぶたってこちらから連絡しても軽く謝られて終わりもしくはこちらの勘違いを疑われる始末。一度や二度ではありません。
水回りの部品を交換するので部品が届いたら連絡しますと言われ1ヶ月経ち、こちらから連絡すると「実はもう部品は届いていたんです」と謝罪もなくヘラヘラ。
いざ交換しにきてもらうと、こんなに古いと思わなかったので足りない部品がある、それを持ってまた来ますと。
プロなら想定の範囲じゃないのかと思いつつ了承し、部品を付けてもらった後利用してみたら水漏れしてました。怠慢としか言いようがないです。管理費返してもらいたいです。こんな所が管理してる物件だと知ってたら住んでませんでした。

I accepted it while thinking that it was within the expected range if it was a professional, and when I tried using it after having the parts attached, water leaked. It can only be called negligence. I want you to return the management fee. I didn't live when I knew that the property was managed by such a place.
